- Check Your Email – If the correct email address is entered, you will receive an email with your username and a password reset link.
Setting a New Password
- Click on the Password Reset Link – This link is included in the email you received.
- Enter a New Password – Choose a secure password and confirm your selection.
- Finalize the Password Reset – You will receive a final confirmation email. Click on the link in this email to complete the reset process.
- Log In with Your New Password – Once the reset is complete, return to the Online Portal and log in using your updated credentials.
