You can easily track the status of your investment by logging in to the Online Portal. Investments are placed into one of several statuses to show where they are in the processing pipeline. Here are the possible investment statuses you may encounter:
- Draft: The investment is in the initial stage and has not yet been submitted for processing.
- In Process: The investment is currently being processed.
- Compliance Review: The investment is under review for compliance with IRS guidelines.
- Rejected for Compliance: The investment did not meet the required compliance standards.
- On Hold for Correction: The investment requires corrective action. The Operations department will enter corrective notes into the investment's notes section, which you can view in the portal.
- On Hold for Funds: The investment is on hold pending the required funds.
- On Hold for Account Issues: The investment is on hold due to account-related issues that need to be resolved.
- Cancelled: The investment was canceled by the client or the custodian.
- Completed: The investment has been successfully processed and completed.
Timeline for Investment Review
Investments submitted via the Online Portal will be reviewed for processing within 3-5 business days from the time of submission.
Tracking Investment Status in the Portal
To view the status of your investment:
- Log in to your account on the Online Portal.
- Navigate to your INVEST (DOI) section.
- Check the status listed for your submitted investment.
If your investment is marked as On Hold for Correction, follow these steps to upload any required documents or correct the information:
Upload Required Documents to Your Active DOI
- Click on “INVEST (DOI)”.
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of your DOI and select “Edit”.
- Scroll down to the appropriate section.
- Click on “Add New Document”.
- Click “Select Files to Upload” to find and upload your document(s).
- Click “Upload” to submit the document(s).
Edit Your Active DOI Details
- Click on “INVEST (DOI)”.
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of your DOI and select “Edit”.
- Scroll all the way down and click “NEXT”.
- Review the information and click “UPDATE” or “SUBMIT”.
View notes added to your active DOI
- Click on “INVEST (DOI)”.
- Locate your DOI (usually at the top) and click on the 3 dots to the right, then select “See Details”.
- The “Notes” will be displayed at the top of the page.
