You can easily access your account statements and tax documents through the Online Portal. Follow these steps to locate and download them:
Accessing Your Account Statements:

Log in to your Online Portal: Go to the portal login page and enter your username and password.

Navigate to the Documents Section: Once logged in, select the Documents tab from the main dashboard or menu.

Select the “Statements” Header: In the Documents section, you will see three headers:
- All Documents: Contains all documents available for your account.
- Statements: For accessing your monthly account statements.
- Tax Documents: For accessing tax-related documents.

Choose Your Desired Statement: Under the Statements header, you will find your monthly statements. Click on the one you wish to view or download.

Download or View the Statement: After selecting the statement, you can view it directly in the portal or download it to your device for your records.
Accessing Your Tax Documents:

Log in to your Online Portal: Use your username and password to log into your account.

Navigate to the Documents Section: Select the Documents tab from the main dashboard or menu.

Select the “Tax Documents” Header: Click on the Tax Documents header. This section will include tax-related forms, such as 1099s and 5498s.

Choose Your Desired Tax Document: Browse through the list of available tax documents and click on the one you wish to view or download.

Download or View the Document: Once you’ve selected the tax document, you can either view it in the portal or download it to your device for your records.
Upload, Download, View or Delete Documents
Following the instructions below, you can upload, download, view, or delete documents from the Documents section of your Online Portal.
To upload a new document:
- Log in to the Online Portal
- Click on the Documents section
- Click on the Add Document button
- Choose the Document Type from the dropdown and follow the instructions
- Investment documents must be uploaded to the corresponding Investment (DOI)
To download an existing document:
- Log in to the Online Portal
- Click on the Documents section
- Select the existing Document and click the 3 dot menu on the right
- Choose Download
To view an existing document:
- Log in to the Online Portal
- Click on the Documents section
- Select the existing Document and click the 3 dot menu on the right
- Choose View
To delete an existing document:
- Log in to the Online Portal
- Click on the Documents section
- Select the existing Document and click the 3 dot menu on the right
- Choose Delete
Important Note on Account Closure and Portal Access
Once an account is closed, clients will no longer have access to the online portal. This means that any account-related documents, including:
- Account statements
- Investment records
- Transaction history
will no longer be retrievable through AET’s system. Clients should download and save all necessary documents before their account is closed.
