To submit a Change of Address request, follow these steps:
- Login to your Online Portal.
- Click the Profile tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click the Update Address button under the User Information tab.
- Choose whether you are changing your Physical, Mailing, or both addresses.
- Enter all required address information.
- Upload a current utility bill containing the client name and address as proof.
- Click the Review button.
- If the address is marked as "not deliverable," check the box to confirm the address is correct, then click Review again.
- Click the Submit button.
Your address will be updated within 3-5 business days after we receive your complete request.
